Can any of FLIR's Camera Control software run on a Mac?

Although FLIR's camera control software is designed to run on a PC, FLIR has successfully evaluated the potential of using a MacBook Pro configured with BootCamp to run the Windows 7 OS, and were able to control a Tau2 camera (equipped with a VPC accessory) using the camera control GUI via the USB port. This suggests that similar control of a Quark2 camera is also possible. However, FLIR cannot guarantee success with this method, or with other Apple products, or that Apple will continue to support BootCamp.

For FLIR products such as Photon HRC and the legacy Photon camera, a USB to RS-232 converter would be required, since Macs do not have RS-232 ports.
